A lot of Morags sheep have the illness and will have to be destroyed, which really upsets her. She has to have the rest of the flock vaccinated, but can't afford it. Mrs Mack is left some money by her brother-in-law after he dies. Mr Sneddon has let Mr Ryder buy Inverdarroch farm, but he isn't happy about the deal.
